Book 2 of 8: Safely Connected to Earth
Learn to ground your Root Chakra with Ethan as he gets help for his grandfather after an unexpected accident and a scary hike to find his way home.
In this second of eight books, Ethan’s story tugs at your chest—a boy learning to plant his feet firm on the ground, steadying his Root Chakra one shaky step at a time. When his grandfather’s sudden accident shatters the rhythm of ordinary days, Ethan confronts the fragility of the people he thought were unbreakable. Then comes an afternoon hike that transforms into a test of survival as daylight fades and unfamiliar forest closes in around him. He is lost in the woods, with night creeping in, and fear clawing at him. Ethan doesn’t have all the answers, but he digs deep, finding a way to get his grandfather help, to get home. This isn’t about heroics or easy outs. It’s Ethan discovering that strength feels like cold sweat and a racing heart before it feels like solid ground.
Lost among towering pines with darkness gathering, Ethan feels the primal whisper of fear but remembers the quiet lessons hidden in fishing trips beside still waters and stories shared over crackling campfires. He learns that being connected doesn’t always mean being physically together—sometimes it means carrying the voices of those you love inside you when you need them most. Through silent conversations with the earth beneath his feet, the steady rhythm of flowing water, and the ancient wisdom of trees, Ethan glimpses how deeply we’re all rooted to something larger than ourselves.
This is a story of growth marked not by fanfare but by the subtle shift from panic to purpose. It’s about a grandfather whose vulnerability becomes strength, parents whose faith never wavers, and a boy who realizes that asking for help isn’t admitting defeat—it’s claiming your place in the human family. In Ethan’s most isolated moments comes his most profound connection, teaching readers that sometimes we must lose our way completely before we can truly find our ground. This is a quiet revelation wrapped in adventure, not dazzling or perfect, but achingly, beautifully human.
