Learning goals
- Name emotions without judging them.
- Explore how thoughts, feelings and actions connect.
- Practise a simple mood check-in.
Talk about it
- What can someone do when they feel disappointed or not good enough?
- What might Ethan's mom be thinking when he says "Nothing"?
Try it: Feelings Weather Report
Describe a mood as sunny, cloudy, rainy or stormy, then name one thing that might change the forecast. Children can use a story character's weather, or keep it private in a journal.
